Six London Spas to Wind Down at After London Fashion Week

Posted By: Sorbet

Now that London Fashion Week 2026 has come to an end, we're out with all the tube rides, taxi's, and 20,000 odd steps, and in with some much needed decompressing spa treatments instead. So, Sorbet presents six places to massage out the Big Smoke.

ASAYA SPA AT THE CHANCERY ROSEWOOD

Fresh off the front row and in desperate need of a lie-down? Descend into the 24-hour Asaya Spa, the newest subterranean sanctuary tucked beneath Mayfair where Yabu Pushelberg has traded runway lighting for gold accents and granite-and-marble calm. There’s a 25-metre pool to float your fashion-week fatigue away in, and a sauna, and a steam room, and a cold plunge for anyone feeling brave (or masochistic) enough. The Taktouk Clinic handles the serious business — Korean BLAST Glacé Facial, cupping and LED technology — while MoodsPro’s NeuroFusion massage attacks the knots you may or may not have known you were carrying in your shoulders. We’ll be soft launching back into civilian life here.

THE PENINSULA SPA AND WELLNESS CENTER

The Peninsula’s spa trades in ancient rituals and modern know-how in equal measure, Ayurvedic aromatherapy rubbing shoulders with seven private treatment rooms, and a dedicated couples suite, and separate steam and sauna rooms split by gender for anyone who fancies a proper sweat-out post front-row. Heated lounge chairs wait in the relaxation lounge for the inevitable collapse afterward. One in particular that caught our eye was Margy Beauty’s day-long treatment covering a Stem Cell & LED Illuminating Facial, PlasmaGun therapy, and a Personalised Age-Defying Body Wrap, alongside a three-course collagen-boosting superfood menu. Hair’s covered too by Errol Douglas MBE, the man responsible for some of London’s most photographed heads, runs the in-house salon, on hand for a blow-dry hot enough to survive whatever’s left of a fashion week’s slick backs.

SURRENNE BELGRAVIA AT THE EMORY LONDON

Surrenne Belgravia is Maybourne’s longevity playground beneath The Emory with a 22-metre pool under a gold leaf ceiling, and an underwater sound system engineered by actual neuroscientists, and – brace yourself – the UK’s first snow shower. Seven treatment rooms await, including a private suite with a heated white Onyx stone bed built for full-body collapse, while an entire floor is dedicated to Tracy Anderson’s UK debut studio, should you fancy working off the week’s canapés. Jean Baptiste Huyn’s hand-painted sunrises grace every treatment room mirror, and if you feel like staying longer, consider their recently launched City Circadian Reset.

CLARIDGE’S SPA

For the skincare obsessives among us, Claridge’s just landed the ultimate backstage pass: a residency from Dr. Barbara Sturm, the anti-inflammatory queen herself, tucked into the Art Deco splendor of Mayfair’s most storied hotel. The menu contains novelties like the STURMGLOW Facial, the Super Anti-Aging Facial pulling out microcurrent and radio frequency for the heavier lifting, and a 30-minute Tension Release Facial for anyone whose jaw has been clenched since roughly day one of shows. The Lymphatic Sculpt & Tone Massage and the intra-oral Buccal Massage both promise to de-bloat the evidence of one too many afterparties. Pair it with a curated anti-inflammatory drinks menu in the spa, or raid the beauty mini bar stocked with Sturm’s travel-size essentials in select suites.

THE SPA AT MANDARIN ORIENTAL MAYFAIR

Tucked just off Hanover Square, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is for anyone who wants their post-fashion-week reset with zero fuss. The indoor pool is where you can partake in Floating Sound Therapy, flanked by a sauna, and a steam room, and vitality pools, and an invigorating experience shower that does exactly what it says on the tin. Book anything 90 minutes or longer and the entire wet area comes included, so arrive the recommended hour early if you plan to use it. This urban sanctuary also hosts The Yoga Class by Laura Dodd alongside treatments like vibrational therapy, and face to full body options incorporating traditional Chinese medicine, aromatherapy, and Swiss products.

GROSVENOR HOUSE SUITES

Okay, while not particularly a spa, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to offer our Sorbet readers the chance to completely surrender to the relaxation ritual. Whether you’re in town for a couple days or happen to already live in the UK, you can hardly ever go wrong with a cheeky staycation-spa combo. Forget in-house, Grosvenor House Suites offers in-suite spa services and beauty treatments with room views spanning Mayfair to Hyde Park to their own secluded Atrium. And after, we recommend asserting your own agency by pulling down the black-out blinds and blocking out the buzzy Big Smoke for the next couple hours in honor of the sandwich week between London and Paris.
