A 90s classic reintroduced for today's modern wardrobe.

Miuccia Prada has always been a master of surprise. Since stepping into the creative helm in 1978, she has made a career out of challenging the rules of luxury. She brings practicality into elegance and shows that innovation can be just as desirable as opulence. Her talent for blending utility with refinement has shaped Prada into the house of intelligent fashion. The Prada Toblach shoe is the latest expression of that vision.

To understand the Toblach, you have to rewind to early 1990s. Prada Linea Rossa, also known as Prada Sport, was officially launched in 1997 with a focus on high-performance minimalism. That iconic little red line quickly became an emblem of cool. It appeared on everything from sleek belt bags to pouches, satisfying the appetite for fashion that displayed a modern technical edge. Long before the industry embraced sportswear as luxury, Miuccia Prada had already set the pace.

Today the Toblach steps forward once again as one of the standouts of the collection. The design first appeared in the late 1990s alongside the now-legendary America’s Cup sneaker. It was also the first Prada Linea Rossa shoe to appear on the runway during Fall Winter 1998. Its most recognizable feature is the engineered rubber sole, a design detail that combines the polish of formal footwear with the function of technical sportswear.

Now refreshed in smooth matte calf leather, the Toblach brides heritage with contemporary style. It comes in three silhouettes: a sleek loafer, a versatile ankle boot, and a hybrid design that consolidates the simplicity of sneakers with dress-shoe sophistication. Each version captures that elusive balance between understated and unforgettable. The Toblach feels like a quiet but confident statement, of both heritage and modernity.
