PARMIGIANI FLEURIER OPENS FIRST ASIAN FLAGSHIP IN TOKYO’S GINZA

Posted By: Sorbet

The Swiss watchmaker debuts in Asia with a serene, design-driven boutique in the heart of Tokyo's most prestigious district.

Swiss horology has found a new home in the East. Parmagiani Fleurier has officially opened its very first boutique in Asia, right on Chuo-dori in Tokyo’s Ginza, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury avenues.

At a time when the watch industry is practicing restraint, Parmigiani Fleurier is leaning into presence, opening a flagship that relfects both the maison’s exceptional craftsmanship and Japan’s deep appreciation for Swiss watchmaking artistry. The project is the result of a close collaboration with Art Gear Captial K.K., a key distributor in Japan.

Designed by acclaimed Swiss studio Atelier Oï, the two-level boutique blends fluidity with elevation, in harmony with Ginza’s iconic vertical cityscape. On the ground floor, warm woods, soft lighting, and deep seating create a cocoon of serenity, inviting visitors to linger. Upstairs, private spaces await collectors and connoisseurs eager for discreet, personalised discovery of Parmigiani Fleurier’s most exceptional timepieces.

Touches of guilloché motifs, architectural greenery, and lighting reminiscent of dawn give the boutique a poetic connection to Japanese aesthetics. The facade, meanwhile, mirrors the city around it, serving as a modern signature for the brand in Ginza’s vibrant landscape.

This opening is more that just a retail expansion: it signals a meeting of values – authenticity, excellence, and exclusivity – shared by Parmigiani Fleurier and a region that reveres horological mastery.

Mark your maps: Ginza has a new addition, and it ticks to Swiss precision.
