THE CULT FAVORITE DIOR FOREVER FOUNDATIONS GET A SKINCARE GLOW-UP

Anya Taylor-Joy, Willow Smith, and Jinsoo star in Dior's new Forever Skin Wear and Glow campaign, bringing skincare's holy trinity to makeup for the first time.

One of Dior Beauty’s core complexion products, the Dior Forever foundations have been a cult favorite since their launch, and with the new launch of Skin Glow and Skin Wear, they’re now more culty than ever. Dior’s latest campaign featuring Anya Taylor-Joy, Willow Smith, and Jisoo, showcase the reimagined Dior Forever Skin Glow and Dior Forever Skin Wear foundations – dewy and matte respectively.

“The skin glows, it breathes and shows itself. There is something magical about these two textures that can be applied however you like. Effortless application is equaled only by their impressive results.” Peter Phillips

For the first time, the two formulas – created by Creative and Image Director Peter Philips – contain hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and peptides for a skincare-esque base.

Hyaluronic acid can retain 1,000 times its water weight, maintaining the skin’s hydric balance all day. Niacinamide absorbs excess sebum, reducing the appearance of pores for an evened-out complexion. Peptide is a short chain of amino acids that plump the skin with radiance. Altogether, they redefine what it means to look flawless, whether in daylight or under studio lights.

Both Forever Skin Glow and Forever Skin Wear  work around the clock to offer a soft-focus filter effect with buildable, medium to high coverage and the most hyped bare skin feeling.

DIOR FOREVER SKIN GLOW

Ultra-silky and smooth, the Forever Skin Glow is the hack to digital retouching in real life.

With a luminescent oil base and the trio of skincare goodness, the formula reads soft and dream-like whether from afar or up-close.

The oil base in question is Skin Glow’s patented formula for a highly reflective oil that bounces light off the skin weightlessly no matter the conditions.

Combined with a Dior secret blend of high-coverage pigments and long-wearing perfecting powders, it’s beauty filter galore without the need for re-touch.

Meanwhile, Forever Skin Wear brings a natural matte finish that’s long-wearing and transfer-proof.

Mattifying micro-powders blur pores, control shine, and keeps skin looking fresh all day without the powdery feel.

The innovative blend of powders and polymers in the Skin Wear formula creates a seamless, breathable finish that’s perfect for any setting.

With the skincare trifecta, a week of wearing boosts skin luminosity, evenness, and overall quality, all while offering a subtle plumping effect.

“We have developed textures that combine high-performance results with an ultra-light feel, as well as formulas that blur imperfections while delivering a long-term skincare effect, and a wider range of shades.” Peter Philips

DIVERSITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

To compile the 45 shades these two iconic foundations offer, Dior performed a study on over 500 skin tones, perfecting the formula to reflect real diversity in every skin tone and undertone.

The updated packaging shouldn’t be looked past either. Now unmistakably Dior with their magnified silver logo, the Skin Glow comes in polished glass, and the Skin Wear fully frosted.

Using a lighter glass has significantly reduced carbon footprint by 225 tons, along with the 100% recycled lid.
