Inside Dior Beauty's New Lucky Clover Fall Makeup Collection

Christian Dior’s personal superstitions have always been part of the house lore. More recently, that lucky charm iconography surged back into the spotlight on the fashion side when Jonathan Anderson wove the clover throughout the house’s accessories – placing green clovers and ladybugs across the Lady Dior, heels, and RTW. Now, Creative and Image Director Peter Philips carries that very same talisman into beauty with Lucky Clover Collection.

Fronted by Deva Cassel, the seasonal lineup translates that house motif into two distinct palettes: botanical greens and moody rosewoods.

“Lucky Clover draws its colors from nature’s changing autumnal palette, as warm tones turn cool, and the forests ignite with reds and brown hues, set against deep green woods.” – Peter Philips

The anchor of the range is the Diorshow 5 Couleurs palette, stamped with an intricate clover-over-cannage relief and tucked into matching embroidered pouches. 365 Charmed Green offers an earthy mix of moss, khaki, and beige that pairs seamlessly with the high-glide Pearly Green waterproof eyeliner. For a softer route, 883 Lucky Rosewood balances rich burgundy and taupe with luminous cream.

The collectible details continue across the lip lineup. The Dior Addict range introduces two embroidered fabric cases – Charm and Lucky – built to house high-shine shades like Grigri (a sleek, cool taupe) and Wishes (a deep plum). For a matte finish, the Rouge Dior bullets are etched with tiny four-leaf cloves in shades like Talisman, a warm brick red, and Fortunate, a flattering orange-beige.

On the cheeks, Rough Blush debuts a split-pan design, swirling soft shimmer into satin pigments like Charmed Coral and Lucky Pink for an effortless glow. A final coat of Dior Vernis in Charm – an iridescent, beetle-wing green – ties the entire look together with just the right amount of edge.

Turns out the most reliable charm you can carry this fall season isn’t tucked away in a pocket, but swiped across the cheekbones.
