Luxury Swiss-watchmaker Richard Mille has steered away from his recognizable watch models for a newly imagined set of tasteful timepieces, the Bonbon collection. With the brand’s highest standards of craftsmanship and dedication to innovation, Cécile Gueunat, the brand’s artistic director, brings fantasy, imagination and playfulness to the new line as she explains; ‘The idea was to revisit the existing collections while playing with color. This allowed me to bring out a pop-inspired sense of fun”. Spanning across 10 models, with only 30 pieces available in each, the collection is made up of two ranges: The Sweet collection, and the Fruit collection. With 60 colors work shopped and 3,000 miniature sculptures painted in acrylic, lacquered by hand, and integrated into the mouth-watering timepieces, both lines feature a wealth of shades and textures and premiere a world-exclusive turquoise hue on the color-gradient cases.
