Miss Dior, the perfume created by Christian Dior himself in 1947, collected legions of fans worldwide throughout the years, with the scent becoming the signature fragrance of generations of women. This spring, the French house’s nose, François Demachy, imagined a new version of the iconic formula. Fresh, luminous and delicately intense, the new Eau de Toilette remains truthful to the lingering mystique of Monsieur Dior’s original creation yet the Grasse Rose is now blended harmoniously with notes of lily of the valley and emphasized with sensual accents of jasmine. What Demachy describes, as “a personal interpretation” of the scent is a vibrantly infused spring palette wrapped up in a jewel glass bottle as well as a fragrant miniature roller-pearl version new for Spring.
